Professor Guido Corso

Guido CorsoGuido Corso (1940) is an Ordinary Professor of Administrative Law in the Faculty of Law at the Università di Roma Tre.

He taught the same subject at the the Università di Palermo law faculty since the 1998/99 AY. He graduated in Law in 1962 and in Political Science in 1970 from the Università di Palermo, and received a Masters in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, in 1963.
He spent a long period of study at the University of Kent (Canterbury), and in Glasgow (Strathclyde University), and at New York University.

He has sat on numerous ministerial study commissions and scientific committees of the Regional Institutue of the National Research Center in Rome.

He directed the Department of studies on Politics, Law and Society at the Università di Palermo from 1990 to 1993. Among his most recent publications are: L'attività amministrativa, Turin, Giappichelli, 1999; La giustizia amministrativa, Bologna, Il Mulino, 2000; Manuale di diritto amministrativo, Torino, Giappichelli, 2008, IV ed.
